Can't be assed to change the teams in PES to their real world equivalents. And even though it's not the best, I actually like Fifas career mode as a manager.

Yes. There are excellent mods for career mode that fix the AI, transfers. Everything really.

No. You can go into the calendar and sim to dates though, which sims the game but doesn't have your pro play in them.
Be a Pro is really underdeveloped as a game mode, which is shit because its a great concept.

yeah, i think it just shows how EA doesn't care about fifa, and as along as their footie slotmachine is not banned, they will continue to put minimum effort
I'm still playing fifa 15 with manually updated squads and changed slider settings
I play PES 16 and it's great. But I'd probably play FIFA if torrents for it came out sooner.
There's a couple things that irritate me with PES but it's still a pretty fun game all around
