Imho Chelsea can work with small technical players, but they have to actually play their strength.
With this I mean high pressing, fast touches, triangles, spending a good portion of training on offensive movements and shit. Instead we get stuff like Courtois hoofing it to Ivanovic or Costa because no one in the defence can pass it, defending like Hazard and Pedro are fullbacks in a 631, no plan just pass it until someone comes up with something, and all the rest.
