It isn't. Pretty much everyone recognizes that this isn't his team and he's stuck working with players bought to fit Brendan Rodgers' system. He's going to need some time to fix things up, the way Pochettino did at Spurs post-AVB.
I think his reputation will suffer in the long run thanks to being at Liverpool, though. The financial side of things is just stacked against him, he can't hope to compete with four super-rich clubs simultaneously.
