Certain basketball teams (Dallas Mavericks, Chicago Bulls, LA Lakers) as well as players (Dirk Nowitzki, Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, Dennis Rodman) are generally known here, but the other three major American sports (handegg, ice hockey, baseball) are really obscure here.
