Tons of flea-flickers in the NFL too, though you could argue it's not that they're "trick plays" as much as a play set to give your wide receivers a ton of time to get into position, like a really long play action.
I really like trick plays because they are entertaining, but I understand why they are not common in the NFL: risk/reward is too low.
Pro defenders won't take the bait as often and even if they do, they have the training and talent to respond to it. Also the choreography required on the offensive side of the ball is a fairly big investment of practice drills, for what is essentially a one-use play.
