OFC the pats are going to win. Arthritic Peyton can't outscore Brady.

It is a damn shame too, because seeing one more peak BradyManningB owl before Peyton retires would have been sweet

NE put up 28 against a far better Seattle defense last year to win the owl. Also, that Seattle team had a much more potent offense than chicken parm and the buncos

As much as I'd rather play Denver in the owl, it isn't going to happen

Denvers defense this year is amazing. 11-4 with basically no qb and the offense failing to put up even one 30 point game.

it's really a win win because Denver is going to get BTFO by either of the two NFC champions that blew everyone out all year.
>>
>>65111519
I dont think you understand the situation? Brady was being pressured like crazy last these teams faced off with that horrible O line and was forced to throw a lot of balls away and make bad passes. Denvers elite corners are going to make brady hold the ball longer than the Chiefs did weather you guys have AD and Eddleman or not. The pressure is going to be a lot higher with Ware playing this time around. Your guys only hope is Gronk not getting shut down after the first quarter like last time and not getting injired towards the end of the game or Tom Brady could end up like Aaron rodgers.
>>
>>65108075
I'd love for that to be the case, OP, but Brady's always had problems in Denver.

Granted, they're healthier (assuming the half of the roster Belichick listed as "questionable" like some sort of derranged madman actually plays) but I've learned to take nothing for granted after a less than %50 success rate in these games
>>
>>65111716
Denver was missing a lot of Defense that game as well.
>>
>>65111716
>Brady was being pressured like crazy
because he had no one to throw the ball to

>weather you guys have AD and Eddleman or not
>haha NE's best offensive starters being in the game doesn't matter

>only hope is Gronk not getting shut down after the first quarter like last time
shut down? you mean triple teamed due to no offensive starters?

also >your, not a NE or denver fan, but people pretending that NE are the underdogs are either braindead or delusional

>Brady's always had problems in Denver
yea, fuck mile high and those magic voodoo properties that make tom brady always lose. if only football had something to do with the relative strength of each respective team and the decisions made during the game, instead of the venue
>>
>>65111795
Denvers corners have shut down better recievers than those two. Its all a system over there and the backups are literally almost as good as the starters for what they do. Unless you actually think those two are "elite and would look anything other than average playing for any other team. Denver will still be able to "Double team" Gronk and shut him down like last time while Denvers corners do their thing.
>>
>>65111930
The altitude. Beyond that you're right though.

I've been that high up, not in Denver, elsewhere, and that shit fucks with you.
>>
>>65112029
>comparing your fat fuck NEET body to a team of professional athletes who have played in Denver dozens of times
yea right the two are exactly the same thing
>>
>>65111993
>Denvers corners have shut down better recievers than those two
and seattle had better shutdown corners than denver

>Unless you actually think those two are "elite and would look anything other than average playing for any other team
completely irrelevant because they're aren't playing for any other team
>>
>>65111440
>pulled through
On a fumble after playing one of the worst defenses in the NFL
>>
>>65111993

Then why did they let up 24 points against the practice squad?

The Patriots had the game in the bag until a muffed punt, with their starters back this looks like a blowout.
>>
>>65112112
Your arguing the same thing over and over this has been discussed already and those points have been shut down. How about this After the game this sunday make a Patriots thread and title it Wtf happened guys? Ill go to it and we can argue about how Tom lost and if it was hit fault. Ill even namefag as "CJ did it again" so you know its me.
>>
>>65112080
I see you've never been up that high. I was camping in the Andes and another time hiking up a volcano in Mexico
>>
>>65112112

Richard Sherman isn't a shut down corner. He fucking plays zone lmao
>>
>>65111993
Like how they "shut down" Brady and his 2nd string receivers when he threw for 3 TDs in Denver?
>>
>>65112507
Already discussed and shut down.
>>
>>65111993
>better recievers
They're different kinds of receivers than anyone else in the league. They are not deep ball stretch-the-field guys like your "better receivers" evaluated by your fantasy team.
>>
>>65112029

>>65112314
lol, i lived in boulder for eight years, went to uni there, and still go back every now and then to visit family. it's not that bad - bothers you for maybe a day or two and then it isn't a problem. and i'm not a professional athlete or even remotely in shape

not to mention the ORIGINAL argument, which was brady's record in denver, is completely irrelevant because there are a dozens brady vs. manning stats that contradict that (and a dozen more that contradict those). commentators and writers bring that shit up to build hype and fill airtime, you're not supposed to take it seriously.

He's targeted the most because he gets separation.
>>
>>65112753
Altitude effects anybody. Ill put it in simple terms for you. Your body is used to a certian ammount of oxygen. When you go up really high you have less oxygen than you are used to training or living in. The change is what effects you and nobody is exempt from that, especially if you live at sea level.
>>
>>65112803
Then what exactly are you trying to even say? I said it wont make a very noticeable difference who Denvers corners have to cover because the New England recievers are more route runners than skill/abilitly type receivers. Id be more worried I was more worried when Denver played the Steelers to be honest. They match up better against the Broncos.
>>
>>65112952
Can you not read? If they were simple route runners, Edelman's return wouldn't make the difference it did in the KC game.
>>
>>65113020
can you please read the thread before you post. This has been argued already and I'm not about to type the whole argument over. The Chiefs arent the Broncos.
>>
Pats are going to destroy Denver. Goat face and his noodle arm vs. Brady with Edelman, Amendola and Gronk? LMFAO.
>>
>>65113020
It would be one thing if you played the Chiefs eariler in the year without him and played them with him this time but that didn't happen and im guessing it wouldnt gave made much of a differance at all.
>>
>>65113079
Didn't say they are. You make arguments like "Pats sucked against the Dolphins," but plug your ears and shout "na na na na na na" when the return of Edelman literally made them look like the unstoppable juggernaut they looked like in the first few weeks of the regular season.

>>65113129
My honest guess is you don't watch many Patriots games. The KC game was the least stressful game since Jacksonville.
>>
>>65113108
