I've never been to Spa, but when I look at the seating, Gold 4 (or 3 idk) looks the best place to park yourself.
You've got a good view of the cars down the hill and through Eau Rouge. If you bring binoculars, surely you could see the back of the pits.
And of course there's a TV screen at the bottom of Eau Rouge, so you don't have just guess what's going on for the rest of the time.

Refuelling would actually go very well with the new tyre choice regulations.
Back in the tyre war days the strategy was fuel-dominated, because tyres were made from diamonds, basically.
For the last two years it would have been roughly the same, since there was very little variety to tyre strategy.
But with a possibility to potentially go more aggressive on the tyres, pitting for fresh rubber may as well balance out staying out longer on light fuel load (like it might have done with the 2012-13 high-deg compounds). Would be interesting to see teams trying to counter both leapfrogging and undercuts - and actually standing a chance against pit strategy manoeuvers.

Is Magnussen potentially replacing Maldonado a good thing? People seem to be of the opinion that Magnussen undoubtedly deserves another drive. Yes, he was fucked hard by McLaren but his debut season was not particularly amazing. It was slightly elevated in terms of results by having a decent car, but had he driven at the same level in e.g. a Force India or Sauber he would have gone completely unnoticed, somewhat similar to say, Nasr in 2015.
I would honestly just replace Palmer with Magnussen instead. Unless he magically got a lot better during a year when he only drove in a few FP1's, I really don't think he has any legitimate edge to gloriously succeed in F1. Someone less lazy than me could dig up Palmer's FP1 fastest times, find out how much slower/faster he was compared to Maldonado on average, then compare this to Grosjean's FP1 times against Maldonado.
Maldonado isn't a shit driver. On a good day he is very good. What he should have done is improve as a driver, which he hasn't. He still drives the same as he always has, with maybe a tiny bit more restraint. I don't mind the aggressiveness but what he should have improved is the consistency of scoring points, and eliminating the DNF's, like say Grosjean ex-crash-lad seemingly has.
Plus if Maldonado is gone = who will be the designated MEME driver?
