Nance is the center spot. Nance is our Draymond Green on defense but but a better standing reach, wingspan and athleticism. Also this seasons free agency is pretty shit. Durant isn't going anywhere and the other SF are tier 3 at best. I wouldn't pay Nick Batum the max if it wont get me a title in 3 years. Because in 3-4 years Randle, Clarkson, Russel and Nance's contracts will balloon. Only big FA signing Lakers should go for is Hassan Whiteside.
