the young fellas clarkson, randle, russell, and nance jr are really still a year or two at least away from being consistent nba players. if the lakers roll with that core for the next few years and bring in a talented vet (i don't believe they'll be able to attract superstar FAs in the summer just yet) they'll be similar to the indiana pacers or a few years ago minus pg13, or the current toronto raptors, a really good solid team without any huge names.
