I mainly use Datadart products, but I recently bought a set of Unicorn darts (T95 Core XL 23g) to try something different.
I must say, the barrels are nice, but the flights and stems feel rather poorly made. The plastic just feels very cheap compared to Datadart's flights and stems (particularly the Jocky Wilson ones).
I hear the Unicorn boards are shit too. Why is Unicorn so prominent in pro darts when they aren't committed to quality?
(Well, I know that prominence doesn't always equal quality...In fact it's almost always the opposite. But it still sucks...)
Does anyone else not like Unicorn stuff?
Then again, what do I know? Most of the pros use unicorn darts and accessories.

Great finishing from both of them.
And that D16 ends the night's action and the men's first round with possibly the fixture of the last 32.
Both Brian Dawson and John Walton played some fascinating darts, with the 2001 World Champion averaging 93 for most of the match but the #15 seed taking out some amazing finishes, the best of all being the all bull 125. Doggy kept at John Boy and when the man from Sheffield slipped up on his scoring after losing his 2 set lead, the Rotherham/Barnsley David Brent took advantage and won. It's a real fucking shame one person's had to go from that match when far worse players have got through.
Before that, last year's pisshead Seigo Asada pushed number 5 seed Wesley Harms to a deciding set in a match that had strong scoring but frightful finishing, with a combined total of 54 doubles missed. The Dutchman prevailed but will have to up his checkouts in the last 16 if he wants to go any further.
Belgium's Geert de Vos had the easiest ride of the night with a fairly simple 3-1 victory over Greece's Kostas Pantelidis, who just didn't turn up.
The men's last 16 gets underway tomorrow: it's now first to 4 sets (best of 7) with these games:
