How would a 3 person stack be easier to tackle? The fact that it's more height and weight would make it harder than anything. It's just simple physics. And even if a 3 person stack WERE easy to tackle they'd only have to fall forward to make up the yardage. Assuming the three players are all about 6 ft (2 yards) tall and they fall forward that's an easy 6 yard gain.
