New York New York has the largest actual gambling floor but depending on what you want to play the odds and availability vary.
For example, the Flaningo is great for blackjack tables but to compensate for that the slots are probably disgusting (I wouldn't know, I don't play slots).
If you like roulette, both the cosmo and the MGM have very affordable tables where you can bet as low as $1 (or less, I've seen 50 cent bets but those are always electronic and thus not to be trusted).
