It was very good. Better than Rocky Balboa and about as good as the original.
You might like or hate the soundtrack which in turn will sell the movie to you or not. It's basically a modern take on the famous Rocky soundtracks but it just werks.

I guess the Americuck memes are real. Creed is fairly alright, on average it's better/more solidly written than any Rock movie, bar 1st and 2nd. But I still enjoyed the first 4 Rocky movies more than Creed. Creed is just more "solid". It will turn to shit once they rehash everything like they did with Rocky.

Love interest ruins the movie, the fights are badly put together, forgettable soundtrack and tonnes of unnecessary (but mostly predictable) drama. Good cinematography at time, not the worst story in the world and Rocky has some nice "Rocky-esque" lines.
5/10, would not recommend unless you're a Rocky fan.
