How much planning is involved in it, compared to American and Canadian football?
What are the plays? The specialized player roles?
I'm surprised this isn't brought up more, because this is what I like about football.
I like the role that plays have it, and I like the level of player specialization (quarterback, halfback, etc.). Because of how the game is structured chronologically, a great many plans are carried out in it.

It's ingrained into English culture and English sport, that "manliness" is the greatest virtue a knight of the Queen can have and therefore what everything in life has to aim for.
