I've had 4 red cards this season and it's only November. The worst part about it is that it's all different players (although 3 of them are CBs and the other one is my DM).

you can get players on loan for free from the parent club.
It can work out well for 2nd tier and below clubs or poor clubs. I got Ajax as a parent club in my first two seasons with Tenerife in my current saves.
