It wouldn't be a waste entirely. The Jaguars have the personnel to run a 3-4 and will be in position to pick another great 3-4 OLB prospect in the draft. Roy Miller is more than capable of running the NT position, that's basically what he does now and he's great at it. The biggest issue would be finding a trade partner for Sen'derrick Marks and getting two 3-4 DEs and another MLB.
The Jaguars could get away with playing Telvin Smith at ILB as long as Roy Miller continues his high level of play
But unfortunately we're stuck with a quite literal meme defense for at least another year.
