Russell Wilson deserves the MVP more than Cam. Wilson was the only effecient player on the team for the first half of the season, behind an O-line that couldn't block and a defense that wasn't excatly stopping anyone. He was extending drives on his own, running around finding player downfield when the non-existent pocket collapsed and keeping the team in the games. Now that the team got their shit together, he's putting up record stats without a running game. He's had a better 5 week span than any other qb in the last 10 years.
Cam on the other hand is just a product of being a game manager on a good team with the easiest schedule ever.
