NO leads the league in percentage of goal line pass plays (i don't have the exact stats on hand sry). i don't think they'd keep that gameplan with no brees. also, hightower has great hands, and backup qb's always love a good check down back. that + the likely heavier run game in general with a backup qb make me really excited to start hightower if brees sits... just stuff to think about.
if brees sits i'd choose hightower if i wanted a guaranteed 10-15, and ginn if you need a riskier, higher ceiling to win it.
