This strategy of limping along year after year and constantly changing things is never going to work. Just chalk up a couple of seasons to losses and draft a decent QB. Nothing flashy. Work with him and build a core around him. Let the offense gel to the point where they are passable. Having more starting QBs than seasons in the past 15 years is no way to win.

Call them the Akron Helmets in order to get that losing mindset out of the players without having to pay for a new logo.
I think they are not patient enough. They keep on messing up their draft. They go for the Hype players such as Quinn and Manziel. Both guys are idiots and will never amount to anything.
They need to draft better QB's. I think the Browns could be honestly great if they stuck with a plan.

NFL is a capped league. Any team can, and will, rebuild by sticking to a plan. It brings me pleasure knowing the Browns won't, though.

What has been going wrong is a consistent inability to evaluate and acquire talent despite multiple changes in the front office and coaching staff.
The players that step out onto the field on Sundays aren't just facing the team lining up against them... they're fighting years of a tragic losing history, a toxic environment within the organization and its fans, and a complete lack of stability and leadership.
