Theres no question he's getting better, but he's never had a 4000 yard season, or 30 TD season, which is common place in today's NFL (11 QBs hit 4000 yards, 9 QBs threw at least 30 TDs in 2014). His entire career has been hand the ball off to Marshawn, and make easy throws off play action roll outs. He's absolutely developed as a pocket passer after getting embarrassed in the Super Bowl last year, but he's not elite.
