Don't forget that Pearson had a host of decent-to-good strikers at his disposal (Vardy, Ulloa, Nugent) yet persisted with a £9m Croatian megaflop all on his own until he realised.
Wonder if they'll make any money back on Kramaric next month. It's clear he's not in Ranieri's plans anymore.

Literally totally different managers. Pardew is a man manager with no tactical sense at all. McClaren is a decent tactician who nobody wants to play for. Pardew could be good for England if he gets the right number 2, McClaren would be a good choice even.
>>64201859
Doing an inverse QPR: signing a shitload of players and then playing very few of them
>>64201874
Haha opposites that have to work together! What a decent rom-com!
>>64201859
being defensively solid with a striker on a hot streak
How do you win football matches?
Pardew would be great for England. If you look at the one England team which did well in my lifetime it was the 1996 one. English players respond well to a charismatic man they can believe in, will grab everyone by the scruff of the neck and protect them against the insanely pressurising media. Tacticians who do none of that stuff (Sven/Capello/Wally/Woy) have decent ideas but the players are all too scared of failure to actually put any of their plans into action since they haven't had the belief instilled into them.
It's why Redknapp would have been perfect.

Theres a rumour about Adama's contract being a problem, as in once he plays a certain amount of games his wages skyrocket. The Villa coaching staff also said that he is still an incredibly raw player, but if I were Villa I wouldnt let that be an excuse not to play him.
Kozak is odd. I like to think he's just getting match fitness playing for the U21's, but he's scoring every game so I dont know why he isnt at least making the first team bench
Are Tottenham unironically in the title race?

yes, he was played out wide to accomodate Payet in the centre. Mata often plays on the right for Chelsea and Man Utd, David Silva is often seen on the left, Wijnaldum and Sissoko are central players being played out wide.
CAM is a competitive spot and such players are often played out of position. He's a CAM that has never been the best CAM in his respective team and therefore has been pushed out wide.

It's the best one since the season with AGUEROOOOOOOOO and Suarez-Liverpool. My only worry is that it all feels a bit artificial, because crazy memes happen at the start of every season, when ludicrous nobodies top the table and former champions drop into the relegation zone, so even though we're nearly halfway through the season, it still feels like the first couple of weeks where nothing really matters because everyone's still finding their feet.
