What you guys fail to realize is that the Vikings WANT to lose the division.
If the Vikings end up with the 5th spot (wildcard), they will end up playing one of the shitty teams from the East (Giants, Philly).
Those teams will likely end the season sub .500 and will continue to be shit in the post-season, basically guaranteeing a round 1 win.
On the other hand, whoever wins the North will probably end up playing the Seahawks or the North's #2 team. Much harder game than playing the marshmallow East.

Teddy Bustwater has the worst stats of any QB that has started all of their games. I know Norv isn't helping and neither is the O-line, but fuck, many QB's have mediocre to bad O-lines and they can still throw more than 8 fucking touchdowns and only 3 to receivers with 4 games remaining.
