He can't, they wouldn't take him anymore and he wouldn't want to go back. The reason he left is cause he thought Wade and Bosh were done as superstars, and they are.
The difference is that wade and bosh know how to alter their game pre-superstar status and are still good (dare I say it great?). With some great scorers around them they have built a strong team.
The problem with lebron is he wants a big three, but picked poorly with inconsistent Love and constant injured Kyrie.
I love Kevin Love, he's one of my favourite players, but he is not a sniper 3pt volume shooter. He could do it when there weren't as many stretch 4's defending out there, but now that literally everyone is stretch 4 he's just getting bossed and ruining his rythm shooting so much.
Ne needs to get back to offensive rebounding and putbacks with post play with midrange and close range jumpers to get in rhythm, then shake the defense with the occasional 3.
Too many 3's from Love, and they double him in the post.

No, Kyrie is their future and present, they need him.
It's easy to forget how dominant he is but he's a mirror of steph curry with bit better handles but a bit worse shooting. He will help out Love, lebron, jr, shumpert, mozgov, everyone really on offense, because Love will not be doubled as much in the post and JR shitshot will be open more on his bad 3's with Kyrie demanding so much defense on the perimeter.
If he does leave Lebronland then I think the bidding would be skies the limit for weak pointguard teams.
The usual suspects would probably make a run for him. Knicks, Mavs, hell, maybe even 76ers, they have the cap space.
No idea on status of his contract, this is all guesswork.
