I saw Del Piero play in a friendly match... the highlight was him slipping and falling when in possession of the ball and people laughing.
Later I learned that his father had died a couple of days before, and that it was the only year he underperformed (meaning that he was still way above the average player)... poor bastard, he didn't even have to play and I was there laughing.
