this is functionally the same Iowa team that got BTFO by Tennessee in the Literally Who Cares Bowl, they've had better luck this year and one of the softest schedules in the nation but they're not a top-ten team if we're being honest with ourselves.

in 2005 they upset a good Wisconsin team in Madison - this is back when Drew Tate was their quarterback. and they did beat a respectable Georgia Tech squad a few seasons ago.
