You have to keep in mind these are pretty average players i play with. Once i upgrade them it will be even higher.

Hey lads
Wanted to share this new tactic here I've developed.
My team finished 17th last season and this season was predicted 21st at start of the season. So far I am 1st and undefeated in the League after 14 games, with my only new signings a CB and a GK. So I think this tactic has worked really well.
You just need a bunch of AMs in your squad.
Anyone else play a similar tactic?
Also this is FM 14 so I don't know how well it would work on 15 or 16.
