Hey /sp/, i want that my 7 year old son enjoys martial arts like i did, when i was a kid.
what was the best martial art for standing and ground again?
i did judo for 6 years, and what can i say, as long as its only 1 person you encounter judo helped me out, but if its 2 people i was always screwed because i didnt know how to knockout someone.also, the sandnigger packs here always atleast travel as 2-3 guys to rob people. ive thought about karate, but only based upon one of the biggest known ex-pimps in germany, who defeated all of his contrahents and even survived gunshots and whatnot, also i had really much trouble against this karate guy i encountered on the street.

of course its for him to be more versatile if he encounters a bully in school, and later, maybe he can get mugged, but if so, hes able to knock them out instead of giving them everything
Muay Thai/Boxing and Wrestling. Muay Thai will be harder to find good training, and might be better when he is a bit older. Boxing isn't as versatile, but will give a huge advantage over anyone who isn't trained and will develop a striking base which can be expanded upon later. Wrestling is the most efficient use of time, easiest to find quality training, and is generally overpowered against randoms who aren't trained.
