That's because cyclists are the most heavily tested athletes in all of sport and have bio passports. If other sports did this they would be out of business because of the number of positive tests.
i always thought russia was overachieving in the field of sports. a country remains competent in athletics by either consistently producing freak of nature athletes or having machines that put in ridiculously long hours we are talking 20 hours a day. russia doesnt do either (not on consistent basis) and casually stroll along while still remaining in top in the field of sports. you only have to take a look at how the rest of cis countries are doing to realize theres something wrong
