Speaking as Rams fan, there's no suicide watch. We all expect the team to go 7-9 just like they have the last 2 years.
It's the exact same story this year as the last couple years, one of the league's best defenses coupled with one of it's worst offenses. The Rams win some games they should lose and lose some games they should win. Everyone says "Whoa, the Rams could be good next year!". Rinse, wash, repeat.
The only hope for things ever changing is getting rid of Jeff Fisher.

Fun fact time: The Rams have only finished 7-9 once under Jeff Fisher. His first year was by far his best year, taking them 7-8-1. Should have been 8-8 if not for some dubious calls in the 9ers tie. 2013 they went 7-9, and last year was 6-10. And now that we have "the next great RB" we'll likely go 7-9. Because that's all an RB is good for on his own.
