Welp, just wrapped up my 1st year in the Belorussian league. We were 4th, but a goal on the literal last kick of the game dropped us to 7th.
Every team is basically poaching my staff and players because they know I can't afford them.

He has been an AMC for me in his entire career and he's the goat, no doubt about that. I want this kid to win the ballon d'or at some point in his career before I retire.
The thing is though that I have shitloads of world class AMCs (I have 5) and I've got 3 more godlike AMCs in my youth that will be promoted and get a spot in the first team in the next two seasons.
I play a 4-1-2-2-1 narrow and I just don't have that quality in central midfield. I have one promising kid who will be really good but not as good as any of my AMCs. Because of that, I'll have to convert half of my GOAT AMCs to CMs so that I don't waste my talent.
Therefore, the question is: Should I use this guy as my starting RPM or as my starting AMa?
