rossi is actually 6 foot flat, he's on the upper end of motoGP height actually. (Tallest being loris baz at 6'4, considered way too tall to ever be successful at motoGP)

here is said that JL ask to be part of arbitration between VR and FIM in TAS (CAS) of lausanne
Probably JL is scared about the TAS aquit VR so sent his lawyers to ask to be part of arbitration just to make pressure or gaining time until friday, but TAS said:

I found another source, it's definitely true but I can't blame jorge for it.
If rossi gets the penalty suspended for review and takes his 10th at valencia he's essentially gotten away with cheating and running marquez off at sepang becomes a net positive for him, if rossi then wins essentially jorge then loses due to legal red tape that meant rossi slunk around his punishment.
Do you want a championship decided by lawyers? I don't like that idea very much, I really hope it's rejected, even rossi fans should hope it's rejected (even if they don't know it yet) because you'd like it a whole lot more if rossi takes his 10th AFTER having to start at the back of the grid I'm sure.
