I think that's probably what they should do. Hasn't worked for barca but that's because their team is too good. Buyback clauses would definitely stop lukaku's and de bruyne's escaping and players will develop better than just loans but it isn't as much as a money spinner

Never really watched it on TV until I first saw a game, United was playing against another BPL team. Been a United fan since then.
