absolutely pathetic first two weeks. Dropped the season opener to fucking Belmont at home, then went to overtime to beat some other who gives a fuck team, then got trounced by Iowa in a shit game I paid good money to see live only to leave halfway through.
Then we won our pre-season tournament in Brooklyn by beating LSU and Arizona State. We've looked damn near unstoppable since then. The fabulous Freshmen we picked up in the offseason actually look like a competent team and Henry Ellenson looks like a real fucking deal and I just hope he stays on campus another year or two before heading to the NBA

Brandon Ingram it's starting to catch fire, hope he keeps it up, depending on how he turns out we could be serious title contenders.
Matt Jones just may be the best 3 point shooter in CBB.
Plumlee is just tall, average player.
Derryck Thornton seems shit so far, he'll be staying a few years, I expect Allen to play more point guard unless he gets better.
Amile Jefferson is the key player, he's one of the best defensive player/rebounder in the country, his skill at getting offensive rebounds with win duke close games.
Coach K is the best coach.

Alabama people who follow /cbb/ are a rare breed who are either transplants from other southern states or Kentucky fans. Decent amount of UNC fans live in Birmingham and Kentucky obviously hates Duke so it makes a little sense.
