Yes. LA is extremely excited for a football team. There is an entire generation of young adults like myself that grew up with no home football team and we are ready to pick up a team and run with it. Despite what the media and flyover state losers say, LA has a pretty loyal sport following. The Lakers still have good turnout despite being one of the worst team in the league, and the dodgers always had good attendance despite being god awful for 10+ years. This whole image of LA as this movie town full of fake people is bullshit. The majority of people that live here are real normal people just like anywhere else.

unless you come to LA and extensively interview or set up spots to interview a certain amount of people you are not going to get a clear answer to who wants what but as a native of LA for the past 24 years and a fan of football I can at least give you this.
Most of the older fanbases for both rams and raiders are still very much here, the farther south to technically orange county , the more ram fans you will find which should be no surprise no anybody after all they played in both LA and Anaheim and likewise the more centered to the surrounding areas of LA in general you will find raider fans.

Raiders came to LA when LA's culture was still relatively young and booming. Their superbowl win catapulted the city's sport culture with fernandomania and the magic era helping. You either grew up a raider fan in the early 80s here in LA or was seen as a fairweather cunt unless you lived in LA but originally from anahiem .

Last year during the playoffs, I went to a bar during the Clippers 15 point meltdown. This was a supposed "Clippers" bar, but you could hear a few fans yelling FUCK THE CLIPPERS, LAKERS, etc. On the streets, you'll see 6 Laker hats or shirts for every piece of Clipper gear. We're as fair weather as any other large city, but LA loves its Lakers.
