Will new Chinese owners return Villa to glory?
well /sp/? is he right? are americans instinctively bad at defending?
I believe it. I was a high level defender when I played and I anchored the field.
But I got interested in other sports so all that's left are bad people.
I didn't even start out as a defender. Everyone just sucked at it so I dominated always thinking 3 seconds ahead.
No, he's wrong, because many high-level, or prolific, European defenders also mark the wrong space or are found out of position. David Luiz is constantly criticized for these things all the time.
Using Yedlin as an example of "bad Americans" is idiotic, when you look at Miazaga's debut match for Chelsea, or Geoff for Stoke.
I met Bobby Higginson when I was 10 years old, at the time I couldnt comprehend how bad the Tigers were, but since he was the best of the shitty ones, it seemed like he was the greatest baseball player in the league. It was a defining moment of my life.
God I remember how awful those years were. It was like a minor league team out there. No matter how shitty the Tigers ever get, I will never care much because no way they lose as many as they did in 2003.
As for meeting a sports hero, I have only really had some high profile tennis stars sign a tennis ball and say a few words to me. I met Jonas Jerebko (kek) at some special Pistons meal event, but he isn't a hero.
I'll bump with another one, in 2004 Tayhsaun Prince was singing autographs at a car dealership and I NEEDED to go. I even went out and bought a basketball for him to sign. When I got there and handed him the ball he was the biggest fucking asshole, I held the ball out and he took it without even looking at me, signed it and gave it back. He couldn't have acted less like he wanted to be there.
As a kid you think sports players are a lot fucking better than they actually are

LEND LIVERPOOL YOUR POWER
>United with Adidas
>Chelsea with Nike
I think it's good pham, it mixes things up, should result in some real nice kits, e.g. this season's Man U kit was absolutely based
Although that said, I really hope pic related for next season is a joke, because it looks fucking horrible (unfortunately I know it's not a joke because FootyHeadlines is never wrong)
What is even his fucking purpose?
