>first year i got into sports
A. you're a faggot
B. Watch baseball and go outside with friends, or you could be like a europoor and stare aimlessly into oblivion hoping for a "transfer", as those retards like to call it

No NFL for 2&1/2 months
Why not alleviate summer boredom with some CFL? It starts this week.
I'll answer any questions and give a description of the league.
Why is Canadian Bacon an American invention ?
How do you stay awake during a CFL game with zero running plays ?
>mfw the lions win da grey cup
The BC Lions are one of the few dome teams in the league. They play in a giant but mostly empty stadium. They're named after a cat and have a red haired (backup) qb, so they're the CFL's Bengals. They're the only team in the western timezone and play home games at 10 EST which is a big advantage.
CFL RBs run fewer plays, but for as many total yards. They often average around 5 yards a carry. With Goodell's rule changes, the NFL often resembles the CFL in number of running plays.
Are you good at playing a sport, /sp/?
I qualified for the national U-18 football team selections back when I was young but had to withdraw because I decided to finish my Biology degree instead. I regret it a little bit desu but I know this was the right decision.
I used to play as a Goalkeeper. Have to say, i wasn't half bad but then i had an injury and never fully recovered. So yeah, life sucks.
>i had an injury and never fully recovered
Can understand. Larger countries have higher competitiveness. I started football when I was like 4 and never really felt the pressure of rivalry. Not because I was particularly good, but because very few here train aiming to become pro. IIRC baseball in the US is competitive starting very early (Little League and whatnot). Don't know about football there.
>nothing to watch tonight
Superbowl 51: Screencap/Rigged Edition
>After losing the memebowl to the Denver Broncos and letting him what was the face of the NFL Peyton Manning win a ring and ride off into the sunset as champ. Cam will be your new NFL champion. The whole 15-1 was a shill to get hype going for the up and comer.
t. Cavs come back from 3-1 "win one for da land" space jam 2, 73-9, $1B Nike deal

I wasn't around /so/ back in 2010 for the South African WC.
When Green let in that Howler, what was this shitposting like? Did the bantz go on for weeks?
m8, it was mental
the shitposting was unreal.
this was at the height of the "yuros vs amerifats" era as well where we would have daily threads slinging shit at each other. the rivalry between americans and europeans back then was very heated.
people were looking forward to this game for months when the draws were announced, it was billed as an /sp/ megabowl. then when the match finally came it was incredibly shit. but when that goal went in yeah the shitposting was as you would imagine. that the US won it 1-1, that england didn't even...

Where would they finish in the Euros?
It's easy, just remove the goalkeeper role. Have only eleven outfield players, none of which can use their hands. Make the goals smaller if necessary.
This pretty much solves everything.
There is no goal keeper in football u tard
Is he better than Magic Johnson?
>Lebron James, number 1 pick with crazy expectations silences doubters with another ring
>Peyton Manning, number 1 pick with crazy expectations silences doubters with another ring
>Sydney Crosby, number 1 pick with crazy expectations silences doubters with another ring
Who qualifies from Boreball to make it a clean sweep?
