>but we dont care guys
Let's hear it /v/
The NBA playoffs are in full swing. Warriors coast their way to the Western Conference Finals/NBA Finals, sweeping every team they faced previously.
Everybody has their money on Curry and The Memes winning another champions hip, when suddenly...
Upset! Warriors are eliminated from the playoffs! Who did it? How did they do it? Which player wins Finals MVP now?
>Implying Curry isn't going to win and sweep the Cavs in 7 in the NBA Finals
name a more likable athlete in pro sports today
There's like three guys on his own team I like more than him. Kobe is more likeable. Curry of course. Various boxers and soccer players. This dude isn't likeable because there's nothing to like. If I want to ''like'' some piece of shit driving, cheapskate none-tipping black I'd go to the ghetto.
Are we, dare I say it, too good for the Premier League?
Who thinks we should start an elite league to make things more competitive.
Bayern need not apply, nor Arsenal, United, Chelea, Real Madrid.
>I made more than one bracket
>I make an online bracket instead of hosting a bracket party and debating for hours
Fucking nerds leave my /sp/
Derrick got a lot of shit from this board, but when he was at the forefront of the NBA we were a lot better off. He's total class and just an overall likable guy, which can't be said for Curry. In his MVP season, he was the most exciting player on the court since A.I.
It's a damn shame his career has been so derailed. He deserves a ship more than anyone...but that window has closed. It could have made for an amazing 30 for 30 if it ended in a ship.
are you serious? he's faced so much to overcome the injuries. They would have gone all the way in the 2011 playoffs if he didn't injured. Can you imagine finally coming back and getting back to form for the playoffs only to be injured again? Then the following season miss completely when there would have otherwise been another opportunity...now that's closed. He's had an inspiring but equally tragic career.
Yeah back in 2011 when he kept his damn mouth shut. He'll get a 30 for 30 one day, but it will be one of those "best that never was" train wreck stories. Oh well, at least he'll be able to stand up at his kids' graduation.
Who can stop us?
Sudacas on suicide watch
>Tight end LaQuan McGowan -- 6-foot-6 1/8, 405 pounds -- ran the 40-yard dash in 5.55 and 5.41 seconds. He had a 24-inch vertical jump and 8-foot-2 broad jump. He did the 20-yard short shuttle in 5.47 seconds and the three-cone drill in 8.25 seconds. He also performed 30 reps of 225 pounds on the bench press. For a man of this size to put up these kind of numbers is really impressive.
Why does America embrace being morbidly overweight so much?
What other athletes had unconventional post-retirement careers?
Did you ever personally interact with or compete with a future GREAT athlete?
Bonus points if prior to high school.
Double bonus if you beat them.
I knew Drew Brees in college, he was my lab partner as a freshman, before he ever was expected to be a starting QB.
I ran anchor of 4x100 relay against our rival high school in state finals. The other anchor was a future Heisman winner.
>mfw he had a three step lead before the pass, I caught down the stretch and we won state

Question is if they sack Wenger who will replace him? All the good managers are taken.

P.S idk maybe marcelo gallardo? Argi managers are in vogue.
For NBA fans And Teams
you respect the jazz and the wolves, the nugs make you laugh. where is the thunder?
>tfw you basically have emotions under the umbrella of joy for all your division rivals
>tfw you are not a real blazers fan
My roommates and I are thinking about putting together an intramural soccer team for next fall. None of us have ever played soccer outside of when we were like 5. We have all summer to practice, are there any exercises or drills we can do to get better? We're not looking to win the intramural tournament, just be a team that doesn't get BTFO and have fun. So yeah any advice, websites, or even just suggestions for our name would be welcome.
