I would really like to get some more constructive criticism about this piece. I've gotten tips and compliments from other Anons but I would like to know more on the areas I can improve on.

I love the piano skills you have and you certainly have a good technique when it comes to singing. What I would suggest is to focus more on pronunciations and your middle register.

I'd really like advice on mixing/EQ. I finagled a bit in Reaper, but it turned out a little more subdued than I expected. Here's the original recording, which I thought had too much highs.

As far as my voice goes, I'm constantly working on it. Still, if you think there's something I really need to work on, let me know!

Sounds good man! I like your inflection. I think you might really add more emotion by holding out more of your notes to let them ring/reverberate. It almost sounds like you're short of breath, but I'm sure you aren't. I think a lot of people tend to hold back and neglect to sustain notes.
From there, I think if you learned vibrato, then you could add a huge margin of emotional impact to your singing.

I remember hearing you before, and I'm still surprised how refined your voice is because I don't expect much from this place. As far as your voice goes, I think you're solid--intonation, rhythm, inflection, etc. I'm no vocal expert though.
To me, the biggest issue seems to be your guitar technique. I'm not completely sure if it was just the low quality recording, but I thought I heard some fret-buzz. I learned that there's a relatively quick fix to that: work on keeping your fingers at the edges of the frets as much as possible. By the edges, I mean the edges closest to the body of the guitar. If there's any fret buzz after you've gotten in the habit of fretting strings well, then it's probably an issue with the hardware, which can usually be fixed with a few adjustments that you can do at home. Although, it takes a bit of finagling.
Anyway, I think if you bring your instrumental skills up to par with your singing, you'll be really solid. I'm no expert though. I've just been playing acoustic for 5-6 years, and I know that I might be wrong. Hope it helps though!

Which app are you using to record?

Ah, as far as I know, you can only access those files through iTunes on a desktop computer or if you jailbreak it to display the file directory.
Have you already tried pressing the "upload" button on vocaroo? If you have, then you could try https://clyp.it or soundcloud.

Hope you don't mind a partial on a song. It's past midnight, and I don't want to test how thin the walls are.
