OP's first time being OP, I'm officially a faggot.
Little bit different kind of survey bread here, I wanna see what kind of slang you all use. Answer to the best of your ability, its ok to not have a word or even know what these things are.
Yes I'm ripping these questions off some other quiz lol. Here we go:
>How would you address a group of two or more people?
>What do you call the area of grass between the sidewalk and the road?
>What do you call a traffic situation in which several roads meet in a circle?
>Do you call the sweet spread that is put on a cake frosting or icing? Do those 2 words mean different things?
>What do you call a sweetened carbonated beverage?
>What do you call a large motor vehicle used to carry freight?
>What do you call something that is across both streets from you at an intersection (or diagonally across from you in general)?
>How do you pronounce aunt? Do you always pronounce it the same way or is it situational?
>What do you call the area of grass in the middle of some streets?
>What do you call a big road on which you drive relatively fast?
>What do you call the rubber-soled shoes worn in gym class or for athletic activities?
>What do you call a traffic jam caused by drivers slowing down to look at an accident or other diversion on the side of the road?
>What is the distinction between dinner and supper?
>What do you call an easy high school or college class?
>What do you call the insect that flies around in the summer and glows in the dark?
>What do you call a drive-through liquor store?
>What do you call the small road parallel to the highway?
>What do you call the thing from which you might drink water in a school?
>What do you call the small gray bug that curls up into a ball when it's touched?
>>
>How do you pronounce been?
>How do you pronounce the words Mary, merry and marry?
>What do you call the small freshwater lobster often found in lakes and streams?
>What do you call the area of grass in the middle of some streets?
>What do you call it when rain falls while the sun is shining?
>What would you call a sale of unwanted items on your porch, in your yard, etc.?
>What do you call the night before Halloween?
>How do you pronounce crayon? How many syllables?
>Do you pronounce cot and caught the same?

>How do you pronounce the second syllable ofpajamas?
>How do you pronounce the first syllable of lawyer?
>What do you call the long sandwich that contains cold cuts, lettuce and so on?

interesting, did your parents ever live elsewhere perhaps? Mine grew up slightly further north, and before my sister and I were born lived really far north. So some of their northern phrases got passed onto us, despite living in the midwest our whole lives, because that's how they were used to talking.
