i've been exactly 300lbs for the last like 7 years of my life. no matter how much or how little i eat.

i'm in the middle of a diet now and i'm really giving it my all.
eating healthy stuff in the right portions.
doing alot of pokemon GO too, i know i'm walking more each day than any average thin person. and my eggs STILL WON'T HATCH.

but my weight isn't budging. it's really disheartening. but as long as i feel good and am healthy i don't care how actually-fat i am. because i enjoy being a bbw.

Try readjusting your calorie limit, you might be under estimating how much you eat and overestimating how much you burn off. Make sure you count ALL food, including oils butter and condiments.

said, you shouldn't be having this much trouble with losing at your weight if you're counting and also eating foods that are good for your body.

I always suggest people purchase an inexpensive digital kitchen scale to help making weighing food and portion sizes easier to figure out.

Oh I know all about the calories and whatnot. Been at it since the first of May, keep myself at 2000 or less each day. And nothing, no budging below 300lbs.

And even when I was eating up to like 6000 calories a day, I still was hovering 5lbs around 300 at all times.

According to every online calculator (for gender and weight and amount of exercise per day) it's suppose to take about 3000 calories each day for me to maintain a weight of 300lbs. By doing nothing at all other than existing (if i did no exercise at all, that is)

Makes no sense. Super disheartening.
But as I said as long as I can be healthy I don't really mind being a fatty anyway lol

those calculators aren't always 100% accurate. Try eating 1200 - 1400 a day and see what happens. Your BMR could be much less than what the calculators are assuming.

Also side note, while it's possible to be thin and unhealthy (eating loads of sugar but not gaining weight), it's not actually possible to be morbidly obese and healthy. It's possible to be slightly overweight and healthy but yeah. You're way too fat to actually be ever considered healthy.

i walk about 7-8 miles a day (separate from normal daily activities-walking). i guess i dunno how much other people walk, i just know i walk more than anyone else i know. And I know that considering my average daily caloric intake is around 1700 calories a day (i have a diary keeping track of this), I should be losing weight even if i did no walking or anything at all each day.

a woman of my age and height apparently requires 2900 calories a day to maintain a weight of 300lbs with zero exercise done. so even if i sit on my ass all day everyday, as long as i eat less than that, i should be losing weight.

but you got me. once a week i do have a cheat day. i don't have rice or potatos or breads in my diet so i'd go crazy without one day of normal eating a week, forgive me. if it's not fair of me to say how much an average person walks, it's not fair of you to assume i'm a cheating lying fatass either.

and we disagree about being healthy at high weights. i know i've got two thin friends who can't keep up with me when walking, and one more who can't stay on the elliptical as long as me. (to be fair i don't elliptical as often as i should, i know it's waaaay better at burning calories than walking, and faster too. but like i said, the pokemon GO is much more entertaining) but i'm pretty confident these friends aren't just acting like they can't do it to make me feel better, or fake-convince me to walk more or something. we're better friends than that.

however! i just hopped on the scale. i usually only do this once a week but this thread made me want to check a little early. About 3 days ago, i got some very basic diuretic pills (because i figured i might be holding alot of water weight, i don't urinate often at all naturally, like 2-3 times a day and that ain't right) and for the first time in about a month i am actually below 300lbs. soooo yeah.

used to be 130kg at my fattest, 118kg at beginning of 2016 started eating at >maintenance
in January and building gym routine
just done my first week of a 400 kcal deficit cut, 9 more weeks to go

Highest 180, lowest 120, current 130. Looking to nix the final 30 by the end of the year.
