It has no bearing. In order to lactacte your body needs the hormonal cocktail that initiates lactation. Any female boob can lactate. You just have to get knocked up. Sorry boutcha.

To answer your OP, you would still be able to lactate. Especially after having a child, the hormones would cause your breasts to swell to produce milk. But hormones are the key.
