There's no real strategy with common interests. Sometimes an interest like 'horny' will be nothing but dicks, others you'll find half a dozen or more girls. In my experience you're equally likely to find what you want just going completely random. Exception: if you're into a certain type of girl e.g. redhead, bbw, have those as common interests. Girls who put physical traits in the common interests are usually looking to hoe.

Put your thumb over the cam til you find a girl to reduce chances of bans. If you get banned and your router lets you reset your IP by rebooting, that'll get you unbanned - close your browser first or it won't work.
