It's tough, there are a few websites that have basic ties like Two Knotty Boys or Twisted Monk, but you're not really going to get complicated or elegant ties from them. I'm not the biggest fan of knotty boys since they use the 8mm rope and it's just way too thick for my tastes, all the ties look clumsy.
In all honesty, your best bet is going to be finding rope bondage classes on fetlife. There are a couple of books that are pretty good, like The Seductive Art of Japanese Bondage by Midori.
It's also a good idea to just look at pictures of ties other people have done, it gives you ideas about things you might want to try.
