Wear less clothes
I would recommend to stop looking like every other kid out there. I'm a fan of collared shirts with a bright tie (purple shirt, pale blue tie; orange shirt with a pink tie, black shirt with an emerald green tie (to pop my eyes), you get the idea) untucked, with jeans, and some neon kicks. Your hair's fine, really. See how that works for you
