You don't look that young, man! If I were to guess, I'd say 18 or even 19. At least you don't look as young as me. I'm 20 and I've barely aged since I was 16 (pic related)
As far as improvements go, I think a different hairstyle would work better for you. Like, the short on the sides-long on the top style looks really good, but I think yours is a bit too long on the top, IMO. And maybe try wearing plaid or button up shirts or something.
