Used to drink a lot. Nothing but whiskey or vodka the entire day. Lost 30 lbs and suffered through severe depression. Now I only drink casually. I quit alcohol 3 months ago but I didn't last 4 months, back to drinking alcohol again and I thought gli g 3 months without it would teach moderation and to be sensible but the fact is, if I was a happier and less depressed person, it would have worked.
