As a chubby girl, I think a lot of it has to come from people around us and self image. Like I don't feel as though there's much wrong when looking at an image, but looking at myself feels... off?
We don't like being chubby or overweight. Right now I'm at 170, at my smallest I was 140 (down to counting calories and going to the gym 2-3 times a day for multiple hours). I COULD NOT LOSE WEIGHT.
I tried, and although now I'm in wonderful shape, I run marathons, weight train, and eat a diet of literally only home cooked foods with the occasional splurge every couple weeks (usually mexican lol)
