personally i think small, metal frames look universally terrible on everyone and are pretty much the reason why people think wearing glasses is aesthetically inferior to contact lenses. i'm not sure what would be best suited for your face, but i recommend taking someone who has a good sense of aesthetic with you to pick out frames that enhance your features. you really just need to try on a lot of pairs and get a second opinion on what flatters you. glasses can detract from someone's appearance, or they can be a great accessory to highlight certain features - totally depends on what you get
