I had the most success cutting out dairy and taking gluten pills (enzymes to help break down gluten). In my case, sensitivity to certain foods was the main cause.
/fa/ got me to try egg yolk masks and ice masks which can help.
Cold as opposed to warm water showers is also recommended.

This one hits home for me on the insomnia part. I have to carry a strict schedule for bed/sleep for mine to stay in check. I also have taken melatonin as well as a couple other prescriptions. Working out a few hours before bed helped me also and then meditation once I'm laying down. Slowly relax all parts of your body and think thoughts like "slowly feeling very sleepy". As for the anxiety, learn to just say fuck it. I know it's hard but once you can get to the point where whatever problem you face isn't the end of the world life gets way easier. Learn not to sweat the small stuff. I just say "small stuff" when I get worked up. now things that are real like somebody getting cancer, that's fuckin real and you'll have to deal.

lipstick isn't a bad attempt, but you need to put something on top of your lips as a foundation to set it on (primer).
