Its really hard for me to gain mass, and near impossible to keep fat. This is where the insecurity comes from.
The hair ans beard are meh because im letting them get long and wilder. That way when i'll be back in shape i'll cut them(not entirely) so i feel really good about myself.

Ive had a longer beard before well trimmed and everthing. I look great. And for my hair i also know what looks great, but i got tired of it so i wanna try something new.
Hairs can be cut and grow back. Its not a probleme. I kinda see them as fun.
My problem is with my facial structure and really hard time to gain mass. I've worked manual all my life, ive donne mountain bike for ever and ive been in good health for most of my life. I eat enough for two. But still i'll get to my goal of 170-180 eventually unless i emd up in a bad position like 2years ago.

Kind of off the topic of the thread, but if you haven't, maybe you should try taking a mass gainer. I used to have the same problem with gaining mass, but they can really help. Just be sure to pick one that suits what you're trying to do (strictly lean muscle vs muscle and a bit of fat) if you're interested. Either way, good luck gaining your weight back man.
